    Hi ma'am and sir!

Every business idea will be incubated for months mainly because you need to study how the business works and answer questions like "who are your customers?", "who are your suppliers?", and "what are the processes involved?" Once you have an idea then it's time to get excited and execute it. Even if you aren't excited, you need to be since it's your capital and time you're risking. Wala ka time para maging tamad.

If you have no experience with those three options but still want to enter those options, then find a way to get experience. Work for somebody else in that industry for a year or two then start your own - by then you should already know the rough gist on how the business works and maybe even poach a trusty co-worker or two. If not, you need to hire or partner with somebody who can.

My criteria for doing business is that there should always be somebody who's value-adding. The reason why restaurants are usually made of multiple partners is because it's for promotion's sake - the fact that five different families can invite families within their circle is way better than just one person doing the invites.

Oh, and get a mentor. Even your dad will have lots of business acumen that he accumulated over the years. If not, find one. Maging desperado ka -- kahit dad ng wife/GF mo would be a great candidate.

sa akin, its not the choice of what you are going to do.
you have to love what you are doing and make it profitable.
and since family business yan, may study and masinsinang paguusap yan..... mahirap dyan magsisihan.

Punta ka sa approriate gov't agencies. May mga brochures and seminars sila for a particular business that you have mentioned. They will be of good help.

Don't decide too early to give up your steady income day job for that hanggat hindi mo nararamdaman na steady stream income mo

For item 1 - study kung ano crops mabilis mabenta and don't stick to one. You also need a katiwala to do the rounds andcheck on the crops...

For item 2 and 3 - may requirement na dapat wala ka sa residential area bago ka makapagpatayo ng poultry or piggery. You need to invest sa infra ng water source mo tsaka yung power sprayer for cleaning. Its a good idea na maghanap ka na ng mapagkakatiwalaang veterenarian to check your alaga. Huwag manghinayang na may huhukayin ka dyan na pit para tambakan ng dumi and you need to invest sa gamot para hindi mangamiy yung pit mo. Ika nga its consideration to your neighboors kasi nakaka trigger ng asthma and other lung condition ang amoy nyan. If ever nga pala malapit ka sa may ilog or bodies of water like deep well you can kiss that idea goodbye...

maraming salamat po sa lahat ng sumagot,
all points noted po. napakalaking tulong po nito sakin

    *jhnkvn
thanks so much may naisip ako bigla sir if ever po may mapili nang business ok din po kayang iwork experience ko yun mismong actual business namin? parang kasama ako lagi sa area with hired na tagapamahala (in the future ako papalit sa pwesto nya or imaintain ko sya kung mapagkakatiwalaan talaga sa business.)

    *1D4LV

    *Syuryuken and Ry_Tower

    * jodski

The best experience is for you to go though it. If it fails, that's an experience, if its a success that's also an experience. Don't think about all those business plan/study. That's all crap.

We don't even know where is it located. So lahat bg mababasa long suggestion dito kung among business dapat, walang kwenta.

Don't over think, Just go for it.

I assume that the parcel of land is near to where you are staying now....

If it is very far, I suggest you should mull on selling it and use the money instead for some other business ventures. That is, unless you have the moolah for the gas (cheap nowadays) and toll (expensive) and the time and energy to manage the business in that property.... Or, relocate to that area.

Wag paabutin sa may deep well or any water source ha kasi kumakatas yan. You will be surprised kung gaano kabilis mapuno yan hehehe may tulong din yan kung magtatanim ka on the side kasi instant fertilizer.

Kung sakali egg production i pursue mo.

    *jodski
dami nyo pong ideas mukang nasa ganun or almost ganun ka pong negosyo sir? haha if ever nasa magkano po kaya estimate nyong budget sa piggery or poultry kung starting, rough estimate lang sir para lang may idea po ako ^___^

You can start small though but before you start construction nyan kukuha ka pa ng permit sa barangay and munisipyo...

From what I've seen, businesses that aren't closely monitored by the owner (or doesn't have a very dedicated and loyal manager) often fail.

Agree withvthis. Twice I made investments sa relatives nang wife ko. Wala nangyari. Sayang lang pera.
