We avail of these pay in advance promos too. We pay our Real Estate/Property Taxes 3 yrs in advance, aside from getting a 20% discount, you don't have to worry for the next 3 years.

Would you have an idea how much more cheaper (%) if you buy per box?

Is that so. I never knew about this & definitely check on this come Jan 2015. Will surely save a lot doing it.

I'll try that 3-yr real estate tax.

I'm still using a "dumb" phone. I don't need data plans.
I don't have a tv. Everything is available in the internet anyway, plus I would not want to see those nonsense local tv shows.

If you pay before the December cut off, eg if I pay the RET for 2015 on Nov 2014, I'll get a 20% discount. You can do this for a maximum of 3 yrs. But you can do it annually and you'll still get 20% discount.

i dont buy regular priced items.. i always wait pag sale.. minsan for sale items na marked down pa.. you can save up to 70% off..

i save 20 pesos a day on parking.. kahit medyo maglalakad.. libre na exercise.. so that's 100.00 a week or 400.00 pesos a month..

when going out.. we eat muna sa house.. like kung manonood nang sine.. mag lunch muna kami sa bahay bago umalis..

sa US ako nagpapabili nang mga electronics stuff like laptops, mas mura talaga don.. pati mga shoes sa amazon..

as much as possible i don't use credit cards na.. for emergency and big items lang on zero interest like refs / tv on 24 months zero interest.. i still use cards on groceries etc. pero debit cards para you don't have to worry about paying it.. it's just like cash in a card..

i make it a point to travel once a year.. goal ko mapuntahan namin buong pilipinas.. so far ok naman for the last 3 years.. ipon ipon lang and buy airfare early.. this year we went to el nido.. and the airfare we bought last 2014 pa.. costs us 8T lang for 6 pax return na..

So the rule should pay it before the year end. Is that applicable in all LGU or just in your LGU ? I pay kasi whole year every start of the year in 4 different LGUs.

Yes, before year end. We make our payment around October or November. I am not sure if it is for all LGUs. We do this for Makati and Paranaque.
