Both.I came from a family of businessmen/women but Id want to be an employee first,follow a certain track while learning the tricks of the trade before putting up my own. I don't want to depend on my family forever I want to put up my own that's why I chose the hard way of learnig things-- working for other people.

Hindi naman po siguro uubra na maging entre lahat, pero I agree, dun sa mga walang work, or me mga savings kasi dating OFW, dapat i invest nila sa business at wag mag rely sa mababang interest ng banko. The most positive effect nito is to create jobs and economic activity, lalo na sa mga provinces. Dyan aangat ang Pinas, pag halos lahat e me trabaho na!

OT: Continued dependence on income of OFWs is not good as the country has no direct control on it.
Economic growth, to be sustainable, should be driven by local employment. If possible, it should be producing IPs, products, goods, services et al.
Employer for me.
