    Pwede bang ipa-terminate ang card kahit may utang ka pa? Para mahinto na ang patong ng finance charges. Tapos babayaran na lang.

    no, it happens all the time. Nire request na lang ng card holder to cancel the card and just pay off the remaining balance monthly. Ang black list yung zero payments at ni write off na ng bangko yung utang, pero as long as they are getting payments before umabot sa legal, it should be fine.

    At times credit card company gives out credit card with no annual membership fee so better avail it.
