Maniwala ka shadow, if the debt is large enough hahabulin talaga yan at ipapa sheriff mga properties na pwede pakinabangan. I worked for banks my entire life, although a short time in collections and cards, I know people that had first hand experience handling delinquent accounts.
Yes and if your details have changed they will do all they can to find you
Yup, legal but unethical and immoral, such as finding loopholes and being creative with accounting
True, pero gawain yan ng mga madugasI still stand by kung utang dapat bayaran. I don't care what the circumstances are that led to that debt ballooning.
Pag naka loan pa mga properties, paano nila makukuha?
Kung malaki ang loan sa banko it means meron collateral so pwede nila kunin yun but for CC since it's unsecured loans wala sila mahahabol but sum of money lang. Magbayad pero mag compromise pa rin kung magkano kaya bayaran ang maging ruling ng court diyan.
Kunin nila mga electric fans and saka mga timba sa bahay para liquidate. [emoji23]
Paano nga babayaran kung wala na talaga pangbayad eh kung meron panbayad hinde naman na aabot sa ganyan in the first place.
What's there to lose pa Kung delinquent na at negative na siya?

Paano kung walang assets yun delinquent CC holder?
Anong kaso? Civil lang diba? Eh wala na makukuha nga dahil wala na talaga siyang anything under his name.
Let's say meron siyang kotse, bayad na pero "isanla" niya kunwari sa friend niya or relative ulit then gawa ng contract way bago pa makuha ng bank which I really doubt na gagawin nila just for CC debt.

kung talagang walang wala na,
at hindi na ma-piga yung bato,
there are the insolvency laws to turn to.
ganun lang.
I think credit cards are considered unsecured loans, but insured. Unless the amount is so big na hindi kaya i-cover ng insurance, wala ng pakialam ang bank.
And para lumaki yung utang sa credit card means malaki din credit limit. Which means either you were once a good payer, or have a huge account in their bank before.

Yung interest and charges din kasi ngapapalaki minsan kapag pinabayaan nga.
I know of a similar incident. House and lot and a car was taken by the bank. Employees were offered to buy the properties pero mahal (i inquired kasi) so binenta as one the foreclosed properties of the bank.

I don't know know the details on how the bank or CA deals with delinquent card holders with assets that are still on loan, pero kung WALANG ASSETS - renting, no car, no cash/job, sorry na lang yung bank/collections agency (pero kung iisipin mo, ang pitiful na ng tao na ganyan ang situation)
hello shadow, maniwala ka na
re bank employees, it pays to have friends sa branch talaga LOL. My Mom is good friends with a branch manager and she informs us if there are good buys, pero superstitious kasi kami na parang malas sumalo ng nahatak na car or foreclosed property

No. Malaki yung bahay. Car was actually a luxury car. Hinabol talaga yung properties na yun...
