I can see the puzzle on their faces nung nagtanong ako hehe

hahaha even yung micro relay at mini relay ng bosch ay may 30amps. Baka sa kanila di available.
For 2pcs set of horns which is around 55-60w a 10amps will do though maliit na margin yan if bumagsak yung voltage mo pero I doubt na babagsak ng kahit 12.5v. I suggest get a 20A next time.
It doesnt have to be bosch relay as long as its reputable.
maybe the counter guy interpreted buyer as looking for a (physically) larger relay, not a larger capacity relay.
Thanks for this info, will look for a store na alam yung hinahanap ko hehe
I bought Hella this time

Agree with you bro.,- I checked and the Bosch Europa horn is rated 50W+ so only 4A-5A of load.
Something is loading the relay and frying it.... Hhhmmmm....
Bro.cns,- anything unusual with the sound of the horn before it goes off?
Or normal sound lang,- and then the next round,- dead na kaagad?
With that, bro.,- if the higher current capacity relay still gets fried,- it is the horn itself or the wiring...
If there is no loose connection, check the forced fit connectors on the relay- can you still return the horn (and replace it)?
The switch on the lower left is the switch on your steering wheel:
If you press on the horn switch on your steering wheel,- 30 and 87 gets connected, completing the circuit on the horn

Nung pag check ano daw ang nasira? ang coil or ang contact? ang coil kasi walang pake yan kahit gaano ka laki ng horn mo kahit busina ng barko pa yan basta ang contact that connects your horn to the source is big enough.
If humuhina ang busina mo that means mubabagsak din ang voltage mo. As your voltage goes down yung current mo naman ay tumataas. So if mahabang busina ang natutuluyan na ma wala tunog ng horn mo that means bagsak na boltahe mo nyan and during that time ma taas na current. But then if nakakapag start ka pa ng vehicle mo meaning above 13v kapa. Now I'm scratching my head hahaha
Ano gamit mo? cable shoe with crimping tool or solder?

I checked my new relay 30A na siya.
Gaya ng sabi niyo that should suffice na noh?
If bumigay ulit ewan ko na. I believe lampas warranty period na yung horn.
Kinabit kasi yan sa casa, then nawalan after sakto PMS ko naman sa Honda SPA. They checked the horn is still okay daw, nirekta kasi nila sa battery then ayun nga the relay is busted nga daw talaga.

A defective horn can draw abnormally. I've had 1 that honked fine hooked directly to the batt, but won't when relayed. Placed the stock back & it worked perfectly. This meant nothing was blown, lines were good. Puzzled.....I then tested an old set of same brand & model, it worked & still is doing its job.
Bad new horns, even from German or nippon brands, are rare but are out there. Might this be your case too, sir?

Bro, highly unlikely that all the relays you installed are defective.
30A should be much more than enough.
Pag bumigay iyan- Most likely it is the horn... Deym!
If you can find a DC Ammeter (electrical auto shop), connect it in series with the horn and measure the current drawn as it connects directly with a battery... Malamang may spike iyan.... Kung okay after about 5 seconds of continuous honk, it must be the wiring....

30amps is more than enough.
Can you post a drawing of how you wired your horns? The reason why I ask last time if coil or contact ng relay ba sira is para ma isolate mo ang problema. Ang coil is not responsible for the load(horns). Its the contact that connects your horns to the battery so yan ang possible weak link if below the rating. Yung coil mo naman masisira lang yan if may possible short circuit, loose terminals(can produce arcing) or bumaba ng husto yung supply voltage mo but I doubt that's the case if kaya mo pa mag start ng engine. Also check the terminals if meron bang indication ng overheating or slight discoloration ng insulation.
As what boss CVT said try checking how much current draw your horn is making.
Hope this helps.
