a few months ago there was a thread about those ozonisers/ionizers. i gave a warning about the use of these devices in a car (more specifically on breathing ozone) but there were several people very enthusiastic on getting them. the warning i gave was disregarded for those devices did work in eliminating odors in a car. maybe the following article will change those people's minds about the ozonisers/ionizers. please take note where it says that ozone levels that are effective in eliminating odors are beyond the safe 50 parts per billion set by the US FDA.
