Yes, Transcend dashcam is bulky. That's the reason why I wanted to shift to a discreet one. I'll ask those OVT guys about a 360 view if possible. I just don't know how they will install it. I want it well hidden as much as possible.

Well, parang ok din yung bulky ones...counter flowing vehicles dont swear that much when you dont give way..esp MCs

And that thing is giving me second thoughts... it somehow acts as a deterrent once they realize that you have a dashcam and a bulky one makes that statement.

kakabili ko lang po ng DP230 ko 2 days ago and everytime na magrereview ako palagi mali ang oras kahit na i-adjust ko yung time bago patayin yung engine.

Change time zone ka sir. Nasa time zone m ang difference. Naka 0 ang time zone ko para tama ang stamp sa video

un po ba yung UTC? 0:00 naka set sa akin hindi ko na ginalaw un.. sa Philippines normally +8 tayo di po ba?

yes +8.. don ka mag adjust sa phone app.. on mo yung auto sync time with phone.. dp200 gamit ko but i think works the same sa 230.

testing mode parin yung dp230 ko. but compare sa dati gamit ko na sj5000 wifi. masmaganda and sharp kuha ng sjcam compare sa transcend dp230 i hope tumagal lang sya.

Hi, just bought a 230 drivepro yesterday. Sadly mukang defective yung motion sensor during parking mode. Kasi nag rrecord lang sya pag sobrang close nung motion like halos dikit na sa lens. Pero pag moving car or walking people in front di sya nag rerecord.

Ok ba yung motion sensors nyo?

check your current firmware version, baka outdated pa.
updating the firmware fixes some issues/bugs.

Already updated mine to 1.9 na ttrigger lang yung motion sensor pag sobrang lapit lang ng moving object.

how was tint sir and lightning sa labas?

sinubukan ko ung sakin once pero nalowbat din dahil madalas may dumaan sa tapat ng sasakyan. i have a 3M medium tint on my windshield.

My car has no tint. Yesterday afternoon and till today. Outside parking lang ako nag papark sa makati kaso ayaw talagaa trigger kahit ilang beses ako dumaan sa harap or kahit may mga dumadaang car. Balik ko nalang sa megamall kiosk for replacement.

Mga bossing, I am thinking of buying the DrivePro 520 or 550 which both have dual cams. My question is: Is the camera facing inside the vehicle really necessary? Or I should go with DrivePro 230? Pls enlighten me. Ty

sinubukan ko i-claim through warranty yung unit but nirerequest nila kasama complete accessories otherwise ibabalik lang daw nila and wont accept for repair or replacement.

Mine is 220, tagal na din. I think no longer charging, kasi once you unplug it deads din agad ang dashcam.

I saw batt replacement aliexpress but didn't bother to change. Mag 3 years na din dp220 and dp520 ko and both reliable. Never nasira mga storage cards.

i think transcend dash cams use super capacitor instead of battery.
