I check.. bka kasi unlock yung na pindot ko

Yung kotse namin iba ang beep sound ng lock at beep sound ng unlock.

Tsk ocd ako. I still check haha. Kaya hindi ko nagagamit ang walk away lock ng civic sa akin haaay.

The door lock actuators can fail in locked or unlocked position. Common cause is water exposure.

Even there's a beep, your doors will not actually be locked.

I check ... sometimes all doors including trunk, tailgate.

Diba may modus sa parking boys in qc area. Ginagawa nila buksan rear door tapos tunog parin yun door lock chime. Then nanakawan nila yun auto. Siguro dahil madalas driver side lang ang may sensor?

Same here bro... OCD din. I double check if the car’s locked by pulling on the 2nd row door handles. Sometimes Nga kahit na double check ko na, pag nasa loob na ng House or mall biglang magwoworry ulit and not sure if I locked it or not. Hay....

Alam ko most keyless immobilizer systems won’t engage lock (no beep) if one of the doors are not properly closed.

kung medyo alanganin ung lugar na paparadahan ko pag pindot ko ng lock.iikutan ko ung tsikot para ma check ung mga pinto ung naka lock talaga ng mabuti..

3 meters lang naman ung layo ng remote sa sensor

Ang nakakapikon kapag hinihila ang front doors, bumubukas ulit, kaya gusto idisable yung sensor.

pwede naman ilayo ung remote ng mga 3 meters sa main door sensor para ma check mo kung talagang naka lock lahat ng door

After nyo pindutin lock sa remote pwede nyo naman hilahin yung handle to double check kung lock na.

ung iba ganyan siguro.

pero sa ibang keyless like ford .pag nasa bulsa mo ung remote pwede mong ilock at i unlock ung mga pinto at trunk.kahit dimo na pindutin ung remote..parang touch sensor lang siya

I think I'm also one of the few people who still use a steering wheel lock bar.

Carryover siya from my old car. Reasoning ko is since dala ko na rin siya sa dun sa kotse, I might as well use it kesa pabigat lang...

Meron rin ako steering wheel lock. Pero pag alangan lang lugar dun ko sya ginagamit. Madalas nasa ilalim ng driver seat. Pang self defense pag kailangan.

unless there is hindrance to do so, of course i do the "round the car dance"! one never knows when an actuator will fail...

dun sa isang remote door lock ko, nag-auto lock siya after some period of time. pero kung mayroon "door ajar", di rin siya mag-lock. So I usually press the lock button even with the auto lock and check the doors after.

dun naman sa isa, di siya mag-lock unless you do so. if you want to check kung na-lock nga you do it sa 3 other doors, not the driver side door since nag-unlock siya by touch. it won't lock din kung naka-ACC status siya. minsan kasi me tinatapos pa ako panoorin sa TV or pakinggan sa radyo kaya naka-ACC siya. Same kung naka-engage pa ang kambyo. So minsan pag-pindot ko ng Lock button, nothing happens, so I had to check everything.
