Yung sakin Sjcam.. Nabilad sa Araw without tint.. Nag warp yung harap.. At lumobo battery..

Hindi naman tayo naglolokohan eh. Wala naman ako pinaglalaban re: which video of better eh.
BUT!
Saang batas nga yang sinasabi mong quits na kayo. Turo mo naman saakin please :D
Saan nag cocompute?
If so, mali po yan.
I KNOW IT FOR A FACT in THEORY and PRACTICE!
The thing I like about Transcend DP220 is that it prevents me from over speeding. Sinet ko na mag alert sya kapag lumagpas ako ng certain speed and I think it also helps in me saving gas without constantly looking at my speedometer.
Gamit ko dati is yung Galaxy S5 ko and it records very clear videos day and night kaso hindi wide angle yung lens nya and dahil mabigat sya, panay ang vibrate nya while in motion resulting to blurry videos. Ilang beses na din syang nahulog hehe. Ang delikado nyan is pag sa collision baka maging deadly flying object pa sya. The battery also gets hot while in use at nabibilad pa sa araw yung phone.

Meron na po. Ako pa mismo nag compute.
Madali lang naman yan eh: Mag occular ka to measure the distances and look at the video for time stamps, OR ask for admissions on the distance and time stamps in the video.
Thanks for that may natutunan ako na pwede kong gamitin hehehehe
UNLESS accurate speed is relevant an material to the issues under consideration, the opposing counsel will object to that.
Here is how we do it:
1) If speed is a non-issue, do not do it.
2) If speed contributed to, or played a role in, the accident, consider it but approximation of the speed only.
a) If you see the car braking, note when he braked.
b) If he did not, just get the approximate speed before the collision.
c) simple computations only with simple approximation of distance and the time stamp a FEW (5 max) seconds before the collision.
d) then make your argument for or against the contribution, or the role speed played in the accident.
Understand, speed as computed and offered in court need not be that accurate. It is what you use the speed for that determines the issues.
Final point, you could be going 100KPH along Commonwealth and still avoid any liability on your part, or the liability could be on the other party.
Yung computation ko nga walang occular yun, based on admissions lang at sa time stamp. At the end of the day, hindi nga nagamit yung speed na yun ng nag decide yung korte.

so gps, speedometer, and other bells and whistles aside, alin ang pinakamalinaw na dashcam for night? basta yun lang ang consideration: night driving!
