i also got 2 layers of tint sa windshield (sort of). full windshield 3m cs 35 (lightest) then may visor 3m cs 05 (darkest). my dashcam uses a suction mount. the suction is right on the edge of the visor. hindi naman nagkakaproblema kahit matagal nakakabit or pag nililipat ko to adjust.

Not good. Kailangan ko ata ipa-replace yung dashcam. Although I am not sure paano ang warranty since it was ordered online.

Akala ko parang yung nangyayari sa xiaomi yi ko wherein bigla na lang steady-led at hindi nagrerecord (see my older posts, caused probably by a fluctuation in the voltage/current). pero once you reboot the yi, or plug/unplug the powercable, okay na ulit.

refer to the attached picture. it suddenly started recording 0 bytes. tapos kahit next day na, puro 0 bytes pa rin. it stopped recording at 5.8gb. the card has 16gig capacity. the yi is easier to spot pag nagloko ang recording since kita kaagad dahil sa led saka nasa harap siya. yung 70mai medyo mahirap since nasa likod.

i will investigate further.

i updated the firmware to 1.0.3 (meron pang latest na 1.0.4) from the stock 1.0.0 that it came with. added benefit, naging english na yung voice output from chinese hehe.

There are people like me who are "meticulous" that they don't want to see any dangling wire, no matter how short it is. In my case, I went overboard with our CR-V 98 that I decided to have an electrician to "tucked in" the wires. Now the problem, I can't simply see any "ordinary electrician" to do some simple troubleshooting. The only consolation I get is that whenever I open the hood, the engine bay looks "clean".

Going back to the question, you can confirm this to your warranty officer and ask him about a piggy back fuse. I got this tip from someone​ here, though I can't remember who.

never bothered to remove it.

wife is watching the news on the passenger seat. yun yung nagrereflect sa windshield because of the tint.

that is the stretch of c5 approaching slex after mckinley hill and palar tunnel. mukhang maliwanag at properly lighted sa video pero in person, madilim ang lugar na yan (yan yung lugar na maraming nababalita na nambabato ng windshield). shows you why i really like the xiaomi yi. mas maliwanag pa yung video kesa in actual.
