Autopage RF425/420

Any comment on the Autopage RF425/420 security alarm system? Just planning to upgrade to this system. How far is the effective range? How about the shock sensor, just right or too sensitive?

I'm also on the lookout for a car alarm...the alarm on my civic seems to be needing a replacement soon.

I have read that this Autopage RF 425 has Auto Window Rollup/ Roll down feature. It has also the autostart feature and includes of course shock sensors. 5K daw ba yung unit and installation? Saan po ba meron?

any other alternatives out there?

i got RF-425 LCD sa Blue Lazer Corp, authorize dealer ng Autopage Alarms.

Alarm: RF-425 LCD 5,500
less: 5% discount (ikaw nang bahalang humirit, mababait naman sila nakuha ko kasi yung sa akin ng 10% dahil nagpakabit pa ako ng central lock system sa kanila)
additional: P150 per wirring for additional features (roll up/roll down, trunk release etc.)

Yung range ok naman, the shock sensitivity pwede mong i-adjust.. Yung sa akin dual mode (light bump, 3 chirp alarm, not to noisy parang alert lang. Hard bump dun palang magwangwang ng todo. Very good feature especially kapag sa labas ka nagpark) Very accomodating yung mga taga Blue Lazer Corp, mabait pa.

kasama na sya sa feature, actually basic feature nya ata yun. total damage mo dyan sir mga P6900... P5,500 for the autopage RF425 (mas mura yung 420 kung may stock pa sila, papunta ko kasi dun yung RF-320 (not LCD, mas mura pa sa RF420 kasi 2 channels lang ata ito) at RF425 (LCD) lang ang available) then central lock for 4 doors P1,400 if may trunk realese (kung car type ka) additional P150 for the wirring.

nagpainstall na ako kahapon dun, RF-425 na kinuha ko kahit may RF-420 sila, mas nagandahan ksi ako sa may lcd eh haha. Maganda din features nya, pagnagalarm yung car may page na dadating sa yo sa lcd module mo kaya real-time update ka always what's happening in your car. I guess sulit naman to kahit medyo pricey.

Ask ko lang kung gaano kalayo ang range ng autopage? Naghahanap po kasi ako ng 100 meters or more (like viper).

Sir mga 100meters kaya ng AutopageRF-425 in open space gamit ko yung LCD Remote pero di ko na gamit ngayon kaya benta ko na din.





Check mo din sir kung may antenna yung module ng alarm, usually parang maliit na wire yun, mga 12inches ang haba, then gawan mo paraan para ma-expose, ganun kasi sa alarm ko ngayon pero iba brand.

Ano po ang brand ng alarm ninyo? Gaano po kahaba range ng remote? Nagdadalawang isip ako kung Autopage or Clfford ang kukunin ko. Hanap ko kasi yung malayo ang range. sayang din naman yung Beeper style remote kung walang communication sa car at beeper remote.

I have a RF425 installed on my Getz. So far, I have no negative inputs from the unit itself aside from the actuator they installed. I had two(2) busted actuators replaced already in a span of 8-10months. The first one was busted on the first month upon installation. The replaced actuator got busted around end of October. BlueLazer replaced the first one, but as for the second one, I opt not to go back because of the distance since I reside in Antipolo. I had it replaced by another auto shop instead. Aside from the busted actuators, the alarm unit is a good buy!
