Sir we are using Lumia 800 and Lumia 510 of my wife both works offline naman. Have you downloaded ba muna yung Philippine map and yung voice. If so, try going to settings then sa connection gawin mo syang offline. By the way not all buildings or places pala alam ng Nokia Drive but you can try searching it online while you are at home or through gprs if you are out so that your Nokia Drive can create your route.
