I'm considering getting a dash mount for my GPS and am wondering if anyone can comment on those mounts. Thanks.

i had one before lasted good for 6 months before the suction cup doesn't not stick firmly. bought it for 180. I bought a new one with a bigger suction model and fixed neck. very useful for speakerphone calls and phone GPS navigation.

You have a 50:50 chance of getting a good batch. The plastic arms and connectors aren't of high quality plastic and can sometimes break (especially if you're using the mount for a heavy device like a tablet or a bigger smartphone).

And the suction cups tend to lose their grip over time... but this is true of all suction mounts.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Got the one designed for ipad. Jst replaced the holder itself. The suction cups are sturdy. Been using it for over a year now. The regular ones are as good as trash.
