A lot of cars now here in Boston area near where I live have their Xenon HID's now being stolen left and right. I saw on the news this poor guy who had his Audi's HID's stolen twice in a span of a week. Poor guy! (cost him 500 bucks to replace it even with insurance.)
He said he's just going to get rid of the car. :whoa:
Euro car manufacturers are now thinking of putting HID's as an option instead on high end cars instead of standard. :dead:

April 6th, 2004 03:28 PM #3Talamak talaga nakawan ng HID's sa U.S. favorite target nila yung mga Acura at Lexus dahil madaming mga Honda at Toyota owners na gusto maka-iscore ng cheap HID kits sa mga surplus shops doon.
Pati airbag ninanakaw sa States.
Buti na lang sa atin side mirror lang at center cap. hehehehe.

April 6th, 2004 11:32 PM #9they remove the whole housing of the headlight. Cars like the Audi have a one piece enclosure so all they do is yank it out. Sometimes destroying the clips that hold it, and the bumper gets bent or damaged in some way or another.
