This is one of the gauge bulbs of my '95 Lancer AT:
The bulb leads are soldered to the terminals in the plastic tube. The bulb itself is available in some electronics shops. Is the whole assembly (bulb and plastic tube) available somewhere or do I just pay a celfone repair shop to replace the bulb for me?

Try prying it with small flatheat screwdrivers. Or pull it out using pliers.

Yung ibang bulbs maigsi lang ang tubes and pull out type nga sila. Ito lang ang kakaiba.

Good luck.
