Stars in my eyes na yun (wala kasi akong tint sa harap kaya glare is glare). Just my two cents, this will not necessarily be the opinion of other drivers. For me HID hurts kahit gaano kababa ang cutoff and even with projectors. Drivers of tall vehicles with tint will not notice this inconvenience.
properly installed HID lighting systems (correct alignment, correct wattage) and OEM HID systems are safe for use on the road. The comment of D3nb3r was in response to the question/discussion of HID systems na plug and play. All lighting systems will cause glare, of course since source ng ilaw yun, say for example nasa apex ka ng road or pag taas mo sa humps. Even halogen lighting systems will do that. Split second lang yun and there are ways to minimize this. Correct alignment is one, another is the right wattage on the hid or even halogen bulbs. On hi-end cars meron auto levelling and even some manual levelling. Right now, there are BMW cars that actually can sense if your lighting system is hitting someone above the hood and it will automatically turn it off, I think Audi also has this technology now. I have cars retrofitted with HID projectors but pag nasa loob ng village or coming over humps, I turn my HL off and just my fogs. I also turn my OFF manually if I see meron nasisilaw pag paakyat ako coming from basement parking etc. My point here is to use it responsibly and I think that applies to all upgrades you want to install in your vehicle.
