you can try this. I used to do this sa b12 ko. so far, it's still working for me.
dish soap + bucket of water, then 2pc. 1000 and 2 pc 2000 grit sandpaper.

just do horizontal swipes on the headlamps for like 5-10 mins on the 1000, then do the same for the 2000 for about 5 mins.. this should even out the cuts and scratches on the plastic.

after such, i used meguires plastic scratch remover. i forgot kung tama yung name, kasi it's been a while since i bought one. sa Ace yata or Concorde ko yun nabili. forgot na ren.. pero after the job, ayus!

no more haze, no more minor scratches.. actually pede ren to sa medio deep cuts, kaso, dapat meron na yata nung electronic buffer device involved..

madali lang cia, pero medio masakit sa braso ung pag-sa-sand..
remember, straight pattern lang, wag swirl...

    Hi.

To supplement badbadtz.carlo's reply, you could check out this guide (and disclaimer) in the Meguiars forum:

i just bought meguiars plastx. 3mins lang ganda na ulit ng HL. nagamitan ko kasi ng glass scratch remover kaya naging foggy grabe. i thought hindi na pwedeng mabalik sa dati. but with plastx, mas malinis pa ata sa bago haha.

too bad ang mahal at walang maliit ng bottle. i ended up buying the whole 296ml bottle hehe

Very good buy! You won't be disappointed, I assure you.

You can use either an applicator pad or a terry cloth towel with PlastX.

Note that you are not limited to using plastX on headlights, window visors, HU displays and gauges. You can also use PlastX to polish your cellphone lcd cover, scratched CDs/DVDs, and all other non-painted plastics.

    I'll just revive this thread...
is it safe for Gauge.. I just got my mit adventure.. I carefully wipe it using microfiber because it is dusty with finger marks.
pero nag ka scratch pa din.. I guess that's how sensitive. Can I use plastx to remove those scratches or better if mirror glaze plastic detailer lang since plastx has abrasive... thanks

plastix would be too aggressive sa instrument cluster. meron meguiars na plastic detailer (2nd step) , yun pwede. mga 700/bottle.
