reverse gear light

ayaw sumindi ng reverse gear light ko. may nagsabi sa akin na baka raw siira na switch. san ba located yun? pwede ba DIY yun? oldschool corona auto ko e. any idea how much yun? thanks peeps!

i think my fuse yan for the reverse light.

I have the same problem as yours... check the fuse... check the bulb... check the sensor which located near the tranny... my problem was the sensor... i haven't had it checked yet.

same here, tagal ko na problema yan pero di ko pinapansin. para kasing its not as important as signal lights kaya ok lang.
kaya lang the other night, while is was backing up, di ko napansin that there another car parked behind me dahil sobrang dilim.. ayun sapul! :?

You can check the bulb, fuse and electricals among some but in the case of our AE101 and AE92 Corolla before, it was the switch. I dont know where it is though as i just had a shop work on it.

ok fuse at bulbs eh, kaya malamang switch talaga. di ko lang alam kung nasan yun. di ko kasi pwede ignore dahil mahirap magreverse sa gabi, naka tint pa naman ako ng s. black. thanks sa mga sagot:D

pa taas mo sa gas station baka nahugot lang sa switch yung wire. hindi naman sirain yung switch nyan pwera na lang kung nabasag...

kung papalitan mo naman ganun din patataas m din sa gasoline satation mura lang naman pataas p20 lang

ganyan din yung corona gl ko, had it checked by an auto electrician sira na yung reverse sensor switch. mga 1k ang brand new sa banawe but you can also ask those surplus shops mas makakamura ka. got mine for 200 kasama na installation mga 3 months na siya ok pa naman. d ko lang alam kung me raplacement kasi yung sa kin walang available na replacement kaya surplus na lang kinuha ko. :lol:

Sinubukan ko gayahin si OTEP pero hindi ako umubra. D ko alam kung mataba lang ako kaya hindi ako makahiga sa ilalim. Gumamit ka ba jack? Hindi? Ako hindi rin...ay oo nga pala!! Kotse nga pala ride ko!

Nasa engine compartment po ang tranny ng Lancer, eh. Try looking for it there. Or, try following the wire that leads from the shifter para malaman niyo where it will end up.

uy don't go under the car na naka-jack kasi delikado yan. nung nasa land rig pa ko yung isang motorman namin gumapang sa ilalim na naka-jack yung land cruiser. mataas clearance nun ha, kaso mas mataas tyan nya hehehehe! ayun awa ng diyos nya (indian e so di ko alam sino diyos nya) natumba yung jack, ipit tyan ni mokong. buti na lang madami kami nakakita naangat namin yung land cruiser by shear muscle power. skid marks lang inabot ng engot at puro taba e. pero sinabon ng husto ng toolpusher pagkatapos ehehehe! use a vehicle stand if you need to crawl under the car. and choke the wheels even if you have the hand brake on.

problem ko naman, meron ba nabibili na reverse light bulb na more than 55 watts? yun sa akin kasi stock 55 watts so nilagyan ko na ng fog lamps sa likod (parallel to the reverse light so they come on at the same time). e haba ng reverse ko sa driveway at pag umuulan madilim pa din. balak ko sana palitan yun bulb ng higher wattage, nagtanong na ko sa automotive hardware wala sila e.

Maliit na headlamp kaya? * 55/60 watts standard, malayo nang di-hamak ang illumination. Problema nga lang sa mounting.

Pilo, yung switch tanda ko medyo sa gilid ng tranny. Kung may voltmeter ka, mas ok kung i-test mo muna kung walang voltage sa fuse connections at bulb socket ... baka sa wiring kasi ang problema dahil na rin sa edad.
