Philips ay matagal na sa lighting industry. Even most of the cars ngayun ay stock oem bulbs ay philips. gaya nung vehicle ko ngayun stock hid nun ay philips. kaya lang papalitan ko dahil 25w lang.
if I tell you philips is better daming mag rereact dito na mga osram guys hahaha.
Though ang previous vehicle ko nka retrofit yun using philips 85122 d2s bulbs and yung ikakabit kong bulb ngayun sa retrofit ko is philips 85122 xv c1 which is more expensive pero syempre mas malakas😊 pero some dont like to spend that much kaya they prefer osram cbi's😊 kaya nga naglabas ng XV(extreme vision) C1 version ang philips pang tapat nila sa CBI ng osram. I choose philips sa mga HID dahil hindi sila prone or di madali mag color shift over time. You cant go wrong kahit saan man piliin mo. philips or osram.
Or baka i'm just a philips brand kind of guy hahaha

August 4th, 2017 11:15 AM #35kung stock ng mobilio ay halogens on reflectors (this also applies to other cars with the same setup) DO NOT replace them with plug-and-play HIDs or LEDs as generally they are blinding to other motorists kasi hindi designed ang mga ganun sa stock assembly
may officemate ako na ganito, basta maliwanag daw wala siyang pakialam sa kasalubong nya. what an asshat

What PartcleX means is that wag mong palitan ng HID bulb ang halogen bulb na designed with a reflector bowl. Kahit plug-n-play, oem or aftermarket HID bulb is a big no-no na gamitin mo on reflector housing. Which is the opposite of what this forum is all about.
Kaya nga if you want HID you have to install the bulb inside the projector hence the retrofit option.
whew haba ah. hahaha.
