don't expect to have a good, long lasting bulb at P200.
the last time i bought H4 bulb cost me P800/pair, + relays, ceramic plugs and installation.

100/90w ay pang off-road lang and requires wiring modification to ceramic socket... sunog tsikot wiring or lens or tsikot mo kung sakali...

stay sa stock wattage lang na 55/60W kung H4 to be safe

The 2005 Altsis uses HB4 for low beams and HB3 for high beams.

Have your headlight lens cleaned and restored, and properly aimed first. Then you can try either Narva All Weather, Osram Nightbreakers, or Philips Extreme Vision bulbs.

Any place you could recommend to have the headlight cleaned and restored?

My brother had the headlights on his 07 Altis and 06 Camry done by Mang Felix at Banawe. You can try to look him up on google; he's known by the local car clubs.

Osram bilux. I believe older toyotas used this as stock. Lol.
