Picked it up from the PO. Yung dating kartero namin used to deliver it to my address for an extra charge pero haven't seen her for a while. No custom charges, just the usual 100+php charge from Philpost. Have picked up packages from Makati, Pque and Imus POs and I was not charged customs duties. Most expensive item I bought overseas that was delivered via the PO was a 200USD electronic item.

Summary: In terms of brightness, both are almost the same. Some of the review, depending on the type of headlight, xtreme visions wins.

General rule, don't buy those White Light or Xenon look halogens. They might look good or "feel" bright, but in numbers, they're only just as bright as OEM bulbs.

Plug and play lang ba ang Osram night breakers or maski yung philips? Wala na bang need palitan na wiring or anu man need palitan para di mag melt or magka problem? Thanks.
