I've been searching the forum for the said topic but unfortunately sumakit yung mga mata ko.

Guys, where can i buy LED bulbs for the instrument cluster? I was planning kasi to upgrade para mas malinaw and better to read at night since medyo malabo na ang mga mata ko. Thanks in advance..

Pwede po diy. Just take out your gauge bulbs and go to the car accessory shop in your area. Most of the time, it just uses the same bulbs as the license plate lamps, see the fb album for reference. You need ones with both side firing and forward firing leds

    I still don't get it..

Sa pictures kasi they've use 2 kinds of bulbs. Do i need a soldering gun and make my own led but using the old base or there is a readily available bulb na plug and play. Iba kasi yung led for parking lights, parang masyadong malaki siya..

how to achieve this if you're already using aftermarket LED bulbs? i used the ones with 5-LEDs a piece. nagsawa na ko sa white, back to green sana. hehe

well, even shoemart has some LED bulbs corresponding to the common bulbs for peanut bulbs, cylindrical dome lights, and park lights.
but i haven't yet seen smaller versions for the dashboard...

btw, is it possible, your instrument cluster is dark because your light source is already too dirty? in this case, a simple cleaning with moist rag might be all you need.
and these bulbs do not significantly weaken their light output with age. but napupundi sila.. two bulbs at mapundi ang isa, equals half the light output.
and they do get covered with a heavy layer of dust. you kinow, dust under the dash just goes around and around in there..

Pinalinis ko na. Yellow kasi yung color nya and masakit sa mata at night. Wanted to change it to white or blue but kailangan led para added modification na din.

Mga boss tanong lang. Not sure if this has been mentioned earlier. Can anyone can suggest a higher light output pero pasok pa din sa load? Not considering indiglo for now.

Sorry wala akong pic neto, pero it looks like a half sphere made of plastic. Makikita mo naman yan when you insert your bulbs.

Thanks sa advice sir. If I'm not mistaken this is the same bulb na sinasabi ni shok which is T10? Wala bang pros and cons kapag LED bulb ung ipapalit? I'm attaching a similar gauge nung sa corolla namin. Salamat ng madami.

Yes yung pinost ko na image is T10. Di ko sure for a Corolla, check your manual or search online kung anong klaseng bulb sya.

Pros - Theoritically mas mahaba buhay nya kesa normal ones. Mas maliwanag sya
Cons - Mahal a pair costs at least a hundred pesos

Light diffusers pala tawag don. Binaklas ko kasi instrument panel then nilinisan mga guages, binuksan ko talaga so nakita ko sa likod na may mga diffusers that affects light intensity. Kulay blue din sakin as seen on the pic, siguro para maging whitish ang labas nya (yellow bulb + blue coating = white?)

Those LEDs can be bought at Blade stores, Concorde, Handyman/Ace Automotive Area, car accessory shops, Sulit/Ebay for online shopping... Price range usually 100-150pesos and up.
