i am currently using an HID kit on a custom projector housing. . imo, mas ok sa stock assembly. .sa projector kasi focused ang ilaw . . .

so i still need to turn my foglights on para mailawan yung sides na hindi na tatamaan ng hid light. .

in my experience, ok naman ang performance nito. .and for the longest time, ako yung ayaw dati sa hid. .

pag stock assembly gamit, yung buga/kalat ng ilaw, same pattern as the stock halogen bulb only brighter

Well based on pics sa net and personal experience, definitely nakakasilaw ang reflector housing compared to projector lights, halogens pa lang nakakasilaw na what more if HID ang gamit. Also I like the concentrated light pattern offered by the projectors.

Kung gusto mo ng maliwanag, dagdag ka na lang Hella fogs parang yun nasa mga rally racing cars =). Syempre you need to have the enclosure fabricated parang sa subs para maganda. add 4 more healights =) Mas mura pa yun kaysa sa HID.

    geode,

first of all, ot muna, bakit dito nagpopost ka, sa ptp hindi?! hmph. hehehe

anyways, i doubt its the depth of the projector housing but more of the design of the "projector" that atoy used. . its more of a spot light than those rounded lens installed on mz3s, bmws, etc which are true projectors. hehehe cheap too at 500p per pair.

sa mga bmw na nakita ko, kitang kita mo yung rounded lens. .

    finchy,

i have no qualms with the performance of my kit. they work very well. problema ko lang talaga is a lot of people flash their brights at me kasi nakakasilaw ako. problem lessened by aiming the left light a bit lower. .

Question po.. May Isuzu Trooper Owners po ba dito na nagpakabit ng HID kits? Kze parang frosted glas yung headlamps ng trooper.. may available kaya na clear type or projector type lenses ng headliamps for trooper? another thing is parang hindi tumataas ung light kapag naka HIGH ka using HID H4 hi/lo kit unlike kpag ngHIGH ka using halogens. or is there a brand that really works like halogen when sitching from lo to high?

There are hi/lo kits available, but according to one dealer over here, their quality isn't as good as the low beam only kits, that's why he doesn't stock them. Also, you'll notice that most, if not all cars with factory HIDs have seperate lights for halogen bulb high beam (usually a reflector housing) and HID low beam (with projector housings).

I used to have one. Hindi masyadong maganda ang effect sa Trooper because the lens is not clear. Hindi rin masyadong kita ang effect ng hi/lo on a driver's point of view but malaking effect sa oncoming vehicle. The feect is not to noticeable to the driver because in hi beam, sa sky na ang bato ng ilaw.
