Although it will light up, it is not recommended.
Because you are not sure that the LED bulbs have exactly the same resistance values..
In which case, you are not certain of the voltage across each of them.... One may be at 10V, the other at 14V, as an illustration (and maybe exaggerated to highlight the point), because they have different resistance values.
So, the second LED is over-voltaged and therefore, overstressed. And consequently, it will reduce its operating life.
