    Nag-agree sila ng casa, so nag give in si casa sa gusto ng charter, sa tingin ko tumawad si insurer sa cost of parts and labor. Normal naman na may allowance si casa for discounts to insurers.

    Yung sa akin dati 104k ang quote ng insurance, nung makita ng SA yun LOA na 90k+ lang, tinuloy na nya ang trabaho, so kay SA pa lang pasado na yung tawad ng insurer. Siguro pagsobra ang tawad baka i-elevate nya sa workshop manager.

    Binase ko lang po sa communication nya sa LOA na "In accordance with our agreement that the following will be our total cost of repairs".

    Kausapin mo paps ang casa, ask mo kung anong klaseng repair ang pinag-usapan nila, kung "replace" pa rin o "repair" na lang ng bumper. Kung repair lang at gusto mo replace, tignan mo ang policy mo, kadalasan kapag below 3 years old ang sasakyan, replace yan not repair. Pag nakalagay ay replace, kausapin mo casa kung kaya nila i-depensa, kung hindi, ikaw na makipag-usap sa charter.

    Thanks. I might try them out next time. I just renewed with Mapfre again as their quote is not that different with FPG

    Where'd u get your quote for both? FPG was from ichoose then mapfre was just online query. FPG was cheaper by 5-6k

    FPG from Ichoose Mapfre from BDOI, with discount. Difference of 200 pesos, believe it or not. With FPG even giving a lower valuation for my vehicle of 70K

    BTW, Mapfre's online quote was more costly by 2,5K than through BDOI

    FORGET BPI MS Insurance..it takes forever to lodge a claim and approval of loa..nobody answers the phone even if u leave tons of messages. our claim has been ongoing for more than 3 months now and still no end in sight..DONT GET BPI MS INSURANCE

    Based on experience, in-house insurance is better. Mas madaling mag claim.
    MAPFRE mahirap kausap kung mag claim ka na. Magaling lang mag offer yan.

    Yes Sir maganda ang in house insurance kaso tatagain ka nila sa taas ng premium mo. kasi may mga commission din kasi sila jan
