    Hello po,ask ko lang if there is such thing as paglabag ng car insurance company sa tagal nila mag process nung letter of aggreement? (LOA) correct me if im wrong,and if kung meron man,paano po ba mag file ng formal complaint against them?kasi 3mos na nung pinasok ko yung car ko sa casa, and from that time on,ang laging sabi lang sakin is hinihintay pa yung LOA. any suggestions/comment would be appreciated. thank you.
