Are the items replaced by the insurance comp. recoverable?

As the title suggest, is it? Had my fort's lh tyres and magwheels replaced and so r the front bumpers. Do they end up with the insurance company, like wat toyota north ave said, or do they still belong to me? Any info is appreciated. Thanks. Have a good one.

The items replaced by the insurance company become their property. You get the new ones, they get the old and damaged ones. They can opt to do anything with it.
