comprehensive insurance for a 99 model prado diesel

hlo po, we're planning to buy a 99 model prado, diesel. Are there any car insurance company that would give a comprehensive insurance for this?,,,,,,,. I did call 2 companys already but they won't be giving daw kasi old na raw po ito, kaya we're thinking twice if we would push throgh on buying this kind of rig. slamat po!

Marami naman tumatanggap ng 10 years old and above vehicle.

Actually all insurance co. can accept old vehicles, unfortunately it is being avoided, the reason being

a) the premium is small compared to new vehicles
b) collision repairs of old and new vehicles are basically the same range per panel
c) parts are available only on specialty shops
d) brokers will try to protect their in go vs out go (premiums vs claims) remember mababa premium vs. mataas na claim
e) brokers/Agent also pay a share of your claim
f) business retention is low, madalas nagpapa insure para magpa repaint. after repainting 4 years na uli bago mag pa compre
e) wala na sa PIRA listings ng fair market value.

ang pinaka important na dahilan ay 'no collateral business' kotse mo lang ang

insured, bahay hindi, sarili hindi, gamit hindi..... therefore magpapa pintura.

pero kung naka insure bahay, gamit, sarili mo sa kanila, no reason to deny coverage.
