Question mga boss, my car was hit by a motorcycle. Got the plate and confirmed na ang driver ay minor at walang license. Since holiday nga at medyo malayo police station, baranggay kami nagpnta and agreed sya na magbayad ng 5k which is nasa akin na. Tapos nagpagawa ako police report para sa insurance claims, gusto ko sana palabasin hit and run para din di na lumake pa kaso prob daw sa record nila dahil open case, so ginawa na self inflicted ung damage sa police report, valid ba yun for a claim? Or kelangan ko mag ask for another 1? At affidavit? Thanks!!

Seems that you were already paid for the damage so why claim it?

1. if the 5K already adequately covered the repair, why do you want to be paid, again?
if the 5K does not adequately cover the repair expenses, claim against your insurance. reveal all details truthfully.
antagonist being a minor... i do not think that will increase or decrease the amount of monies due you...

2. make it to appear as hit-and-run..? there are at least two witnesses to the otherwise. why lie? just say it like it is.

errr... am i missing something here.. something which might explain why you are attempting to...?
