    Question:

    1. You refinanced your car at the bank ba? If yes, you will be able to get the photocopied OR and CR at your dealership. Sa pagkakaalam ko di ba ang nag-process ng LTO registration mo is your dealership (Sila nga nagdedemand how much you will pay for the registration, minsan naman libre siya kung di mabenta ang units). It depends kung na-process na nila ang papers with LTO. Normally, it takes them 1 month to process your paper. Ask your sales agent and not the bank.

If yes then you will get your ORIGINAL CR from them in 1 week together with the Cancellation of Mortgage. Punta ka sa Register Of Deeds (ask mo yung bank kung saan ka nila ni-rehistro to cancel your chattel mortgage) and bayad ka around 500.00 for processing fee. Afterwards, go to the LTO office kung saan ka originally ni-register ng Dealership mo, dun mo makukuha yung bagong CR (wala na syang watermark na ENCUMBURED) and OR.

Ngek.. What a waste. Your query lead me to nowhere. You should explain it further. Ask a lawyer. Legal Matters. That's it.

    More Question:

    1. Do you have the current photocopied OR of the vehicle? if yes go to What To Do:

    Fact:
    1. Since naka-loan pa siya after which you bought the property, yung original CR is under the possession of the bank.
    2. You have the ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE.

    What to Do:
Follow instruction Number 2 posted above. Wala na siyang habol kasi may Deed Of Sale na. Besides, yung CR is bangko ang humahawak.

yup i have the "absolute deed of sale" signed by the owner and me...hehe

i have a photocopy of certificate of registration LTO

i still don't have the official receipt of the bank, its in the owner now.

How long will it take to get your OR and CR at RCBC bank?
