Lahat ba ng 3 years older na insured cars may non-casa clause na sa policy?
Or may insurance na payag sa casa ipasok kahit lagpas 3 years na yung sasakyan?

as long na ginagamit yung oto insured. mahirap na...
meron nagooffer more than 5 years na pwede pa casa. standard insurance accepts those kind of insurance.

Depende siguro sa damage, yung isang kotse namin nabangga diniretso ko sa casa, not knowing may non-casa clause ako sa policy,
i contacted the insurance hinayaan muna na andun yung oto, nung naglabas ng quotation ang casa bigla nilang pina-pull out.
The worst part i paid storage fee, since hindi dun ginawa kotse ko. Awa ng diyos na declare as total loss. Sulit ang insurance hehe

Re. the depreciation of parts, you can opt for surplus so you don't have to shoulder the depreciation on a brand new part. At least, that was the case on the bumper of my 9th gen Altis a few years ago.
We keep all cars insured until they're sold. Only exception is our Sentra B13 (nakaligtaan) and i wish it were insured up to now.

kakatuwa nga minsan mas concern tayo insure ung mga sasakyan natin kesa sa mga sarili natin..
BTT.. gat kaya ng budget comprehensive pa rin kukunin ko tama sila peace of mind ang binabayaran and mas madalas kasi si mrs ang me dala ng oto..

Ako nga wala ako life insurance hehe.
Thankfully may annual check-up kami sa office kung hindi hindi ako magpapacheck-up ever unless may naramdaman.
Pero yung oto religiously sa casa pa din ang PM.
