so for point #1, pirma lang nung seller ang nasa DOS, walang sulat na name, my question is, can i make duplicate of it, then fill-up that portion and have it notarized? keeping the original blank for future should i decide to sell it?
for point #2, pano kung walang name and pirma yung DOS nung seller but i have his IDs and specimen signature? how to notarize the paper?
thanks sirs.

IMO, in both cases it is pointless not to have both the printed name and signature of the seller in the DOS (since these two verify the personality of the seller/orig owner). Laging dapat meron yang dalawang yan. Try mo ipa-notaryo na walang printed name i.e. signature lang or wala both, malamang hindi yan i-process ng notary public.

January 21st, 2014 12:07 PM #3thanks. how about for point #1, the DOS contains the signature of the seller but no handwritten name, address etc. And does having copies of the original owner's IDs (drivers license and TIN ID with 3 specimen signatures) gives any support kahit walang handwritten name sa DOS?
