Yes, depending on the markup and other taxes, luge yung bumili ng mga kotse with SRP of 2M pataas up to around 4.5M. Mas malapit ang presyo sa 4.5M, mas malaki ang luge (to the tune of 852K of excise tax).
Anyway, good to for us in the long run if we are being optimistic since mas maliit ang taxes nung mga ang SRP ngayon ay above 2M.
Now how will this impact the CARS program since hindi mga kotse under sa program na eto ang binigyan ng tax break (vios, mirage) kundi pick-up. Tsk tsk.

December 12th, 2017 01:50 PM #268i am guessing in 2018 the Car companies won't lower the SRP of the cars and pick-ups affected with the lower tax payment. They would just retain the price and offer discounts, upgrades and freebies to potential buyers.
