January 22nd, 2011 05:43 PM #91Nope. I dont think its possible. Probably pwede pa yung claims department, but definitely not the agent. Sa mga ordinary talyer pwede. Pero "conspire" may be too harsh a word. ang alam ko yung iba nangungumisyon, thats about it. And I dont see anything wrong with that. What with all the competition going on, giving someone a share for their referral is quite ok. I always give referral fees to my sub agents if they will refer to me anyone who buys real estate from me.

January 22nd, 2011 05:51 PM #92Pag may LOA ka na, its good as go. Ipasok mo na sa honda. Pero it would be good to double check kung anong inclusions sa LOA mo. Pero kung lahat ng kineclaim mo ay included naman, ipasok mo na and then coordinate with the casa na lang for the schedule of the release. Pag kukunin mo na yung unit, check mo lang if everythings ok, then sign ka lang ng release of claim and pay the corresponding participation fee. Kung third party ka naman, sign also the affidavit of desistance. Thats all..

January 23rd, 2011 06:20 PM #94Yup. You dont need to do anything na and just have to schedule your car dun sa casa kung kailan pwedeng ipasok at kung kelan matatapos. And since ikaw yung 3rd party, you dont need to pay anything, just sign yung release and affidavit..
LOA serves as the PO and as guarantee that the scope of work and the amount payable as agreed upon will be paid for by the insurance company. Terms usually are 30 days. But that doesnt mean you have to wait for 30 days before you can get your car. Yun lang ang terms nila. However, there are some cases in which a casa will demand a check before the release of the car even with the presence of the LOA.
