Anybody who was authorized by the owner to drive his car is an authorized
driver, provided he/she has a valid drivers license.

in relation to your suggestion, how many authorized driver can be given? Is this applicable only if the owner is out of the country, or applicable to all insurance policy. Is there any restriction in selection of authorized driver?

    thanks!
Hi Raizen! It depends how many authorized driver/s the car owner intends to declare -in his/her request letter addressed to the insurance company & the declaration in his/her power-of-attorney. There is no stated limit, pero syempre Sir, 'pag sobrang dami (example more than 5 or 10 drivers) the insurance company may clarify such instance with the car owner.

    WBR,
Hi Innova_Boy! Sir, sa OD/Theft Cover na po bale papasok ang insurance in case ang nature ng claim is carjacking. In case naman po na na-recover yung car, kasama na po sa pag-e-evaluate ng claims nyo yung mga na-incur na damage/s kung meron man.

Who told you that you need a SPA? If you are out of the country better
get yourself a TPL aside from your CTPL, you will still be liable for damages
or injuries that involves your car.

Why dont you just appoint a representative and have it endorsed in your
    policy?
