Found out about moneymax.ph also. They have car insurance, house or car loans and even broadband quotations too. I think online insurance will get bigger in the next few years.
I tried malayan insurance online but they emailed me back after more than a week. Unlike ichoose, they contacted me the following day and once you're ready, theyll send you your policy the following day. Pwedeng check on delivery and 4 installments pa.

Which insurance company will be just as fast when processing claims after an accident?

My recent experience with Mapfre sucked big time. Ang bagal sumagot sa email, customer care is thru call center and no direct communication with Mapfre staff.

Any suggestion as to the insurance company with the best customer care? I'll even pay higher for this service versus the cheapest quotation but will leave you hanging dry come accident time

Hi. I currently owe the bank 150k until next year. Ang fair market value ng car ko nasa 320k to 370k as per insurance companies na na contact ko. Puwede po ba na kuhanin ko coverage is around 150k or 200k lang? Thanks.

How about recommended insurance ng car dealer?

I'm happy for you sir! I already emailed also gsis copy furnished the dti per ur advice. Hope to get similar response from them soon.
So how did you do ur reimbursement? When I was asking Mr Neri of GSIS main about their reimbursement procedure, I didnt get full detail frm him because he's no longer answering my email. nakulitan na siguro. hehe. He was telling me then that in case of reimbursement, I wont be getting back the same amount reflected on the repair official receipt because it will subjected to their computation on deductibles and depreciation. Is this true in your case?

As far as I remember kapag three years + na ung insured vehicle, subject to depreciation.

In my case, total billed amount is P35K. I paid P2K+ participation. The balance shall be paid by GSIS, but which I advanced, so GSIS will reimburse me.

Just an update. I got my cheque today at GSIS Pasay. I went to their Claims Department, then to their Treasury Operations. I was surprised to know that the cheque was already ready for release on 15 May 2017. No one told me that my cheque was ready for pick-up. My unit was released from the dealership on 16 March 2017.

Nice. after the long wait! So gsis took 2 months to process your claim? Is that the exact amount you expected gsis to shoulder?

    Hi guys,

I would just like to ask if this computation given to me by MetroBank is reasonable(specifically with Insurance)? This is for their recent promo:

    Honda City VX Navi 2018
    SRP - 913,000
    DP - 182,600
    (OMA) Monthly - 14,943.07
    Chattel - 14,322
Insurance (with Acts of God) - 27,900 (Payable in 6 months, at 4,650 per month)

    Hoping someone can help me.

    Thanks!

Sobra mahal ng insurance premium na yan. Typically if you see the premium rated at 2% ng value ng oto, malaki na yun. Yang quote sayo grabe taga.

    Thanks sir sa reply.

Kelangan ba talaga sir na covered yung Acts of God? (In this case Metrobank)

And based dun sa quote ko, ano lang ideal or yung reasonable na premium?

    Thanks!
