hi guys! i'm getting a 2.2 honda accord this month.
i know the gas price isn't getting any cheaper and i was just wondering what the best gas saving device like the kaos turbo charger is around.
i'm no stranger to strong gas displacement vehicles though because i had a mitsubishi galant back in 97 and i'm currently using a toyota revo that consumes fuel like an embudo.
any advices or info? thanks in advance peeps! peace!

January 8th, 2007 09:44 PM #7Since you already have the Accord, best way to save fuel is to:
1. Keep it well maintained.
2. Have a very light foot.
3. Plan your trips so you can avoid traffic jams.
4. Shift early, or better way to put it is to use the correct gear and rpm.
5. Try to keep your rpms to 2000 rpm.
6. Keep your car as light as possible, get rid of excess weight.

If you don't count the driver as a device, the bus and the bicycle are also good gas saving devices. Of course the smoke coming out of some buses and the cramped seats makes you want to think twice about using them.
my dad just go the entry level corolla cross at and he's 76yrs old. he says it's a joy to drive...
