I notice a lot of people revving up their diesel rides first before they shut it down...
do you guys do it? and why?

marami gumagawa nyan. kanina lang, yung Dmax na nag park malapit sa amin. ni-rev up nya before turning off... parang old school kotse...

ano ba yung idea behind that revving up thing particularly for diesel engines?

August 18th, 2007 04:02 PM #8No need specially in turbo charged vehicles you have to run them at idle for a while to let the turbo cool down or better yet install a turbo timer.

not sure kung may basis ito ha..........
the generic answer for all cars is, "yes but", i am wary of the increased glare that can blind...
