i beg to disagree and correct me if i am wrong but during idling the temp inside the combustion chamber falls, so the gasoline is not sufficiently vaporized. this would cause combustion to become unstable if the carburator were not designed to prevent this by supplying more fuel in order to make the mixture richer. normally, in such cases, this extra supply of fuel causes the air-fuel ration to become richer, about 11:1... thats why they do the emission test on gasoline engines on idle, when it is where the vehicle is producing more carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons

OK...i think i will go out on a limb and call BS on this one. i've seen so many similar products that were nothing but scams like the different variants of the electric 'ram air' intake turbine and other such mumbo-jumbo.

i also find it hard to believe that the automakers that spend billions of dollars in passenger car, F1, emissions and engine R&D could not have figured it out. i can't imagine how much money the US importers spend just to make their vehicles pass emissions laws so they can sell in the US...

i am no engine expert, but from everything i've read there are only a few ways to increase the "combustion efficiency" of an engine:

1. cool the air coming into the engine
2. compress/pressurize the air
3. use higher octane (more 'explosive' content) gasoline

if there is another way, and this guy is truly a genius and not a rip-off artist, then i apologize. but somehow i doubt it...

the usual scams for increasing fuel milage and/or engine power:
-magnets along the fuel line
-non-moving turbine fan blades in your engine intake
-computer fan type device in your engine intake
-by-pass type air-intake to be installed after the EFI sensor or carb
-metal/alloy balls in your fuel tank

normal attitude na ng pinoy ang pagiging skeptic. Yung mga negative claims sa 'gadget' ni Planas, dapat it should be supported by actual experience. Hindi yung pure kuru-kuro lang.

Kung sino man ang gumamit or gumagamit ng super turbo charger ni Planas, pa-post naman yung mga after effects.

mga pards it is my first time here....i have been using this device for 7 years now. actually si mr. planas ay kilala ko and matagal nang partner ng father ko. actually father ko ay ang exclusive manufacturer ng device na ito. and we are actually in the closing stages of our negotiations with the prospective financier. hopefully in the coming weeks ahead we will have enough capital to finally market it. tama ka boldventure this product is a 30 year old product kasi i remember nasa elementary pa ako alam ko na itong product na ito. if anyone is interested in this product you can drop me a note.

all along the car manufacturers knew about this principle. only that they do not implement this. the logical reason is they have this sort of tie up with the oil manufacturers/distributors. the more gas is consumed, the more profit the big three will earn, the more lagay to the car manufacturers will have.
