    parang yung electric supercharger yan ah! you can get the same effect with a K&N air filter o kaya a cold-air intake..

    i don't doubt that it would "improve" performance/economy/etc. for SOME engines -- yung mga hindi well-tuned! :D

    does it use cold air (from the outside of the engine)? if not i will bet you guys money that it's a rip-off...and even if it does you won't gain more than a few hp

    I have seen on TV -Magandang Gabi Bayan, last Sat night- the demo of the anti-pollution device/gas saver called Super Turbo Charger invented by a pinoy.

    Based on the demo, the device reduces the pollutants emitted by a vehicle, previously failed in an emission test, by a remarkable amount.

    No less than a high ranking official of an environtalist organization vouched for its effectiveness.

    Any comments guys, especially the technical people?

    the device looks like a big AA battery. siguro mga 5 times the size. hindi ko napanood kaya hindi ko alam kung saan nilalagay. sa trailer ko lang napanood ... details naman from those who watched the episode.

    i agree, dyno is the way to go for power increase claims.
    kung pollution control, emission testing from a 3rd party tester.
    kung fuel economy, dapat i-test drive yan with an economy run against the 50 km/L civic (i still doubt this, though)

    imo. its not really intended naman to increase hp. however, maganda kung totoo yun less pollution, lalo na sa mga public vehicles and old cars na hindi na maganda ang combustion.

    Is it true na its been around since 1973?... bakit ngayon lang yata narinig tong device na to... i dont want to say that it works or it does not work either... for such a great device (as they claim)... bakit since 1973 never heard yata to... if this device has the potential as it claims... di na siguro kailangan i-indorse ng MGB to or ABS-CBN, it will sell by itself. I also read from the other board na it cost around P6500.00? is it true?... anyway if its true.. it really is a very good news.... just like GLO Herbal...

    try ko sir, since internal combustion engine sya, during idle o stop the A/F mixture is reduce to 1:1 ratio, unlike kung tumatakbo where in the A/F mixture is at ideal say 15:1...so kung mas maliit ang mixture ratio mo tendency is mas malaki magamit mo na fuel ..

    yun device kung hindi ako nagkakamali, it tries to correct the A/F mixture kahit naka idle lang tau...

    pa correct na lang po mga sir kung mali ..

    the fuel ratio does NOT change radically from 14.7:1 when you are moving or at a stop with the engine idling.
