HYDROPLUS: Another fuel saving device?

A new fuel saving device will be introduced to the public bearing the name "HYDROPLUS". This device was invented by a Filipino currently working overseas.

The device produces combustible gas from water (H20) and will be fed to the engines intake manifold as an "added fuel", therefore, the engines fuel intake will be then adjusted to 50:50 gas:gasoline mix ratio. Further modifications to the carburetor (such as replacing the fuel jet) will decrease gasoline intake to the minimum thus minimizing gasoline fuel consumption, a well configured engines can attain a 90:10 gas:gasoline mix ratio. However, gas mileage effciency varies depending on the size, age and configuration of the engine.

NOTE: This device will work only on carburetor gasoline engines including motorcyle, generators, etc. , on the other hand, the device can also be fitted to EFI engines on the conditions that the computer box or "EPROM" shall be re-mapped to suits the gasoline intake.

A device design for motorcycles & tricycles will be initailly intrdouced and we are looking for credible distributor prior to this.

or are you just introducing water vapor to the combustion process. that is old news... numerous other devices have been doing that since the 70s.

now there's the real catch! gas mileage efficiency of 1% anyone?

Do you have the spec sheet of the said device? Pls. post it here. This should have been opened in a separate thread for discussion. Your gist of the device raises many questions so better post the spec sheet here and better if you can post the diagram.

Highly appreciated you concern regarding HYDROPLUS, actually were currently promoting the unit......this device will be instroduced anyway so hopefully some members of this group will avail this device later on and proved itself accordingly.

Just post here how your products works for all to see & scrutinize. Such as:

- What is the "combustible gas" that you are talking about?
- How will it be converted from H20? Electrolysis?
- How safe is it to mix with regular fuel? Any papers on this?
- How will it be introduced to the engine? Through the fuel line? Or directly into the combustion chamber? Or in the intake manifold?

From your description it seems that your product is categorized by the US EPA as a vapor bleed device. Instead of introducing additional air, it introduces water vapor into the mixture.

Yes, I am very much concerned about the "revealings" of your so-called "fuel-saving device". We have already debunked numerous other devices (EGO, KSTC) here in Tsikot.com.
