Hinahanapan ka ba ng excel sheet?
Few questions:
1. Kada load mo ba o full tank ni note mo ba yun current mileage o odometer reading?
(If in case hinahanapan ka ng byahe)

June 29th, 2015 08:11 AM #3current odometer reading lang meron ako sir.
Yung subject for reimbursement is yung travel from Home to Airport. may simple formula ba for that?

hmmmm. apparently, fuel consumption would not just be enough..... using a personal vehicle on official business includes computations for wear and tear, oil and other maintenance costs.
wala kayong guidelines dyan sa office? kami dito is 14 pesos per kilometer, all inclusive..... medyo nabababaan pa nga ako eh, but it was improved na from 11.30/km two years ago.

Malaki na yan bro. In my old company, 7.50/L lang, all in na gas and maintenance.

pwede mo i log yung daily trips mo. pwede ka gawa ng simple worksheet sa excel. log in the date, km reading, re-fuelling in liters, amount sa resibo (always ask and keep the receipts para may backup ka).
i did the same calculations last year. lumalabas sa montero ko 8.5 to 10 km/li sa mixed city/highway driving, at ave. nasa P5.50/li...

Watapak?! Magastos pala ang monty! Us 8 as your divisor then para di ka lugi.

sorry, typo error below. im mean lumalabas P5.50/km
Not advisable. Pwede as an emergency last...
