I think meron but I really don;t know how they verify the card first, maybe by calling thru the phone? sobrang tagal talaga...

Hehe, sorry parang ang labo naman ng complaint (i'm moving this away from goon squad coz they did nothing wrong...

Some stations don't have the quota needed to carry other card companies, they'll need to make sure your card can be used with their terminals, other stations may not take card at all (like most provincial and some highway stations) and only take fleet cards.

What's the beef, the guy's just asking a fair question that takes 1/2sec to answer.

Sa Shell, ang standard spiel nila sa akin ay "Full tank Sir, Velocity?" I don't recall them asking me kung cash or card.

I always answer Yes, kasi may fleetcard naman ako. Bad trip nga lang sa ibang Shell stations, ayaw tumanggap ng Fleetcard on Sundays and after-office hours (notorious na diyan ang Shell Pook Ligaya!).

Yung malapit sa Blue Ridge/C-5 area, try loading up at Shell Katipunan (near the intersection of Santolan and Katipunan Ave). May promo sila dun na every P400 ay may P20 coupon ka na pwedeng magamit sa Shell Select store nila. Since full tank parati ako, may P100 coupon ako (mga P2k kasi ang top-up ko).
