Compared to 1.6, siyempre malakas sa gas.

My brother use to have the 2.0 VR6 model, it was fun driving because the speed is there whenever you needed it but coughing out the money for gas and looking for a good mechanic for repairs was too overwhelming.

I heard the this Galant model has a poor reliability issue, that is why it has a low resale value. Lalo na yung aircon. It is a 2.0 multi-valve engine so expected mataas ang fuel consumption.

not sure on the 6G model, but my 7G SS m/t gets around 6-7 km/liter with your basic I/H/E mods.

February 7th, 2005 09:42 AM #7i get 8 kms per liter on my 1998 galant v6 matic. that is easy driving, wala masyadong high revving and high speeds. kung hinahataw ko naman, the mileage dips to 7 km/liter.
probinsya ako nakatira, so no traffic.
