[QUOTE=luckytruck;289661]i get 8 kms per liter on my 1998 galant v6 matic. that is easy driving, wala masyadong high revving and high speeds. kung hinahataw ko naman, the mileage dips to 7 km/liter.

probinsya ako nakatira, so no traffic.

Sir lucky truck...Mitsubishi shark 98 ba kotse mo? Any feedback on that car kasi Baka mag close kami ng deal sa December! Any warnings or suggestion bout this car?

For 2.0L engines, normal na yun 6km - 7km/l sa city driving. Given na traffic talaga dito sa Manila.
Pag highway driving 8km - 10km/l depende kung how much time you stay at 80kph.

    Wow. Super grave-dig.

Imagine... 30 pesos lang ang Blaze noon... at kaya pang mag 8 km/l sa city... nowadays, you'd be lucky to get 5-6 km/l in the city with a 2 liter automatic.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

after 7 years.... akalain mo yun. hehe.
abangan nating kung sasagot si luckytruck.

30 pesos ang blaze that time, sarap naman.

*MitsuShark, never owned a galant, but a friend does, and it guzzles gas...
pwede naman yan daily drive, pero dont expect and economy of a 1.6liter engine.

With our 2010 Innova Gas matic, nakaka-abot ako ng 8km/l yon nga lang doing all gas saving driving techniques such as keeping RPM at no more than 2k on city driving, better trip planning, etc. With today's gasoline price and driving an old car let's say a more than 10 year old car with an engine displacement of 2.0L or more would be somewhat impractical though depende na yan sa pagmaintain ng tsikot natin to have optimal engine performance.

Paano kaya yun? Limit RPM to 2K, tapos matic?
