    bakit may leak doon mismo sa Injectors pwede ba e re-tight or put a tape lon... 4D56 Diesel Engine.

    Nangyari sa sasakyan ko yan a few weeks ago. There's a brass bushing sa nozzle holder which seals the nozzle tips. This keeps the injectors from leaking. According to the technicians, numinipis ang bushing which causes the leak (air or fuel). Ang ginawa nila is pinalitan lang bushing --- around P500 plus labor. Since, ipu-pullout ang injectors para i inspect ang bushings, pina-recondition (cleaning) ko na nozzles ko. Naka-tipid pa ako sa labor and at the same time, nalinis ang nozzles.

    copper, not brass.

    teflon tape will not work. ptfe is for low pressure only. the fuel pressure in a diesel engine injector line is in thousands of psi.

    Teflon Tape pala. kasi nakita sa injectors shop na nilalagyan nila ng teflon, tama si YEBO copper yata, pero sabi ng mekaniko bibili daw ako ng parang washer naman na may dalawang maliliit nga butas sa gilid, iba yung malaking butas sa gitna, pero nagtanong ako sa store sabi wala naman daw. saan kaya pwedeng bumili...

    baka, yung return lang ang nagleak. puwede higpitan yun pero kailangan meron pang counter rotate yung injector para wag sa head mapihit yung injector assembly.

    Try mo sa CALIBRATION SHOP. Usually available ang mga parts na related sa injector sa kanila.

    ay hindi ko nabasa ito. yung may maliit na butas malamang sa return nga yun.
    sa denso ako bumili sa banawe.

    i had the same problem last summer , ang ginawa ko , pinacheck ko sa nag cacalibrate , then found ung mga dikitan ng tube , then pinahinang ko lang sa nag aacetelyn , copper ginamit , doin use teflon di gagana :D i tried it na rin eh just have it checked .
