OK ang effect sa aking 1995 patrol safari (better emission and mileage, smoother ride, lumakas ang hatak . . .).
mas mura ang SENBEL BD (*59++ or P80 per liter). san pweded bumili? contact numbers please

The 1st refuel it was more highway, while 10.5 was more city driving. Each refueling means it travelled over 300 kms. Thus, the 2 biodiesel load covered almost 700kms.

    5% blend
from 6km/liter to 7-8km/liter depending on my driving habits.been observing and computing for the past 3 months.

    black smoke reduced significantly too.

its worth trying; no harm will be done on your vehicle. after my first try, i still continue to use it to this date.
you may simply add 5% of biodiesel to you gas tank or try that of flying V. it also recommended that after two or three weeks of continuous usage of biodiesel, that you change your fuel filter, para malinis ang dadaloy na diesel.

Does the price really justifies the use of biodiesel? I mean I've done some small research and practically almost any kind of cooking oil (new or used) can also be use to make it, aside from coconut oil. Use of other ingredients such as methanol, lyle and catalyst is also very minimal. Di kaya masyado naman yatang mataas ang patong ng mga dealers? Sorry po, tamaan wag magalit.

bro amboy, I usually drive to Baguio 2x to 3x a year. Nagbabaon ako ng biodiesel going up from Manila last time. Taga Baguio din ako, from Minesview. If meyron ng Senbel diyan, mas convenient na for me kasi di na ako magdadala ng Biodiesel. Puwede bang makuha yung address ng dealer diyan sa Baguio? Thanks

ikabod organize tayo? sa Used vegetable oil wala tayo problem dami ako alam pwede mapagkunan

Alam ko si Rsnald has a chemical background.

The world price for crude oil just peaked US$70 per barrel this week. It was only US$22 per barrel August of last year and a low US$12 per barrel around 5 years ago.

The price of oil hit US$80 per barrel, an all-time high, during the Iranian hostage crisis in 1979. At the rate it's going, we are likely to breach this level before the end of the year (I really hope I am wrong here).

The problem is not oil production, the oilers can always pump out more oil from the wells. The problem is refining capacity - naka sagad na lahat ng mga oil refineries all over the world pero simot pa rin lahat ng napoproduce.

Hi, going back to the question whether there's a difference between Senbel and Chemrez, I personally don't think there is. It's just a matter of availability/preference. As for the pre-mixed Flying-V BD vs. mix-your-own BD, I personally believe there is a big difference based on my experience.

I am a regular user of BD5 (5%) mix using either Senbel or Chemrez. Last week I tried Flying-V's mix. I noticed the performance is not the same as when I was using the 5% that I mixed myself. There was more vibration/smoke and the response is slower, and because of a slower response, my mileage is lower.

Is it because Flying-V's mix is lower say B1 (1%)? or probably their base diesel is inferior? I used to use Petron's Diesel max as the base diesel.
