You mean the diesel test? These were the results then:
Fuel Save
Fuel loaded: 55.5l
Kms run: 844.99
FC: 15.22 kms/lit

Nitro +:
Fuel loaded: 54.9
Kms run: 814.7
FC: 14.84

It's only one test run. Although the stats are close, translates to 30 kms more per tankful.
I would think with gasoline, Nitro + is made with performance in mind so don't expect too much in economy.

Sawi. 11.3 lang yung Nitro+ ko. Nag Caltex Silver naman ako, eto ang malapit sa amin e.

Tried 1 full tank of shell fuelsave, turned out 12km/liter. So decide to shift from Nitro+, kaso kahapon ang haba ng pila sa shell at may pump na bakante, kaya sumingit ako, wala palang fuelsave yung pump kaya ayun balik sa Nitro+. P1.95/liter pa naman difference. dapat maka 12.6kpl ako to justify the diff. otherwise olats

I know it's placebo but I noticed that pag shell ako pa karga. Parang mas matagal maubos. Be it sedan, mid SUV or SUV.

If 91 ron ang recommended ng manufacturer. Posible ba masira ang engine in the long run pag mas mataas na ron ang nilalagay? Ano ba ang nagagawa ng RON?

You can use higher octane fuel. But whether the engine makes use of it is another matter. Minsan sayang lang.

Nope. As long as meet mo ang minimum required octane. Pwede magkaroon ng problema kung mas mababa pa sa 91 RON dahil sa tope.

OK lang, basta huwag mas mababa sa 91 RON. Pinaghahalo ko nga minsan different brands. Pareho lang naman chemical composition niyan. Siyempre huwag mo paghaluin diesel,kerosene at gasolina.

Unleaded po ba ang XCS ng Petron?

Edit:

based on owners manual my car can run 91 RON or higher.
Now on the cover of gas refill tank, it says "unleaded fuel only".

Could there be a problem if i fill it with Petron XCS which is 95 RON..

May nabasa ako na pag mataas ang ron na gamit mas mainit ang makina.

Yan din sinasabi ng mga mangingisda na ayaw bumili ng unleaded dati (91 RON) kasi daw mas mainit kaysa sa dating Regular (83 RON).

Aba ayun, 1 year later nung wala nang makuhang Regular eh biglang ok naman pala yung 91 RON.

kapag nakasanayan na kasi ayaw na sumubok ng iba ganyan ugali dito sa pinas. bibihira lang yung mag try ng iba kung hindi mopa sasabihan ng masmaganda ito at effective hindi pa itry

Shell na lang ako. If tama ako parter ni hyundai si shell, kasi yung shell oil ang nakita kung picture sa manual nila na recommended oil.,

Shell is also the local OEM lubes supplier of Mazda, Ford, etc.

Toyota is supplied by Caltex, Honda by Idemitsu, Nissan by Total, and so on.

Their OEM supplier has nothing to do with what fuel will work with the car. It's just a B2B partnership, but the cars can still use any fuel that meets their specs.
