They don't anymore, they just give you a set budget to work with depending on your job grade (well, except for Sales and BD which I was told was equal across all grades); either you go over or under the said budget just like any normal car plan at some random corporation. I fully understood what you previously wrote, sir.
I was just pointing out that Chevron now fully covers the expense of the employee. From unit purchase, fuel and maintenance.
